One method that I have found very useful in a few of my other classes is chunking. I am a very fast reader and I like to only pick out the important parts from each text that I read. While this is good, it is very unorganized. So instead, with the chunking, I can take all of the important pieces from each text. Whether it is on the same page or color coding my notes to make looking back a lot easier.

A major class that I apply this in is in bio. There is a lot of reading that is required so this seems to be the best method for taking notes.
